Exchange and Return Policy

If you are not completely satisfied with a purchase or gift from Lavande for any reason. Products can be exchanged only if in new condition.Lavande monitors exchange activity for abuse and reserves the right to limit its exchanges in all situations. All exchanges are subject to validation and approval at Lavande’s discretion. We do not provide refunds for any purchases made. Your exchange will be valid for 7 days from the date of purchase. However due to the current health and hygiene policies we will not be carrying out any exchanges unless an item is damaged from our side until further notice.

Lavande exchanges can be made for FREE for purchases made in Bahrain (no return shipping or handling fees) when you drop it to our Lavande Beauty Spa (Riffa). For international exchanges you can get in touch with us at [email protected] for processing. Not all purchases made international can be exchanged. An additional fee for re-shipping the items exchanged will be added to products. Your exchange will be valid for 7 days from the date of purchase.
